Sacred Heart, Eureka 2/27/26

We are still enjoying warm sunshine in AZ, but 12 of our faithful Fish Fry Research Crew attended Sacred Heart. A short 15 minute wait was nice, but Sacred Heart only earned 3 fish 🐟🐟🐟 on the 5 fish scale. Fried cod was the only option. Apparently either you got a nice, hot, flaky piece or a hard, dry, tough piece. Very inconsistent. The sides were all homemade and rated very good. Sides included slaw, green beans, and mac & cheese. Homemade desserts were also included. Beer and wine were also available, but comments that the wine was expensive and very small pours. The biggest complaint was that there were no choices in what you were given. Each plate was identical. Food was served on styrofoam plates. Sacred Heart used to be a top contender fish fry, but have obviously gone down hill. Very disappointing. Join us next week at St Pius V, Queen Jan and Bill will be back!
